Biography
Julie Krohta has more than 12 years’ experience working in the mortgage default servicing industry, representing the interests of banks and property owners. She has an expertise in advising, drafting and litigating issues involving secured interests, mortgage, liens and other forms of real property disputes. Her focus at Pentiuk, Couvreur & Kobiljak, P.C., is centered around representing and protecting the rights and interests of our condominium association clients in property disputes, foreclosures, creditor rights in bankruptcy proceedings, and litigating a variety of civil litigation matters. Ms. Krohta was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1986 and has practiced continuously since that time, with a break to sell art works of internationally recognized painters.
