Alyssa M. Gunsorek

Alyssa is an associate attorney at Pentiuk, Couvreur & Kobiljak, P.C. Her practice focuses on Municipal Law, Business Law, Real Estate Law, Cooperative Housing Law and Condominium Law. Alyssa has significant experience in negotiating and litigating complex contractual matters for the firm’s clients. Alyssa’s deep understanding of the day-to-day, operational and complex needs of Cooperative and Condominium Associations enables her to provide a high degree of legal representation for a wide array of legal issues that cooperatives and condominium associations face.

Alyssa is a regular contributor of legal articles for the Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives (MAHC) MAHC Messenger and the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC). She also contributes legal articles to the firm’s own National Cooperative Law Center.
