Creighton D. Gallup

Creighton joined Pentiuk, Couvreur & Kobiljak in 2002. Creighton’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on representing housing cooperatives, businesses, governmental entities, and financial institutions. He has also extensive experience litigating landlord/tenant matters, divorce, custody and other family law issues, collection and employment law.

Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Gallup has been primarily involved in cooperative law, spearheading the Landlord Tenant Litigation Department.  In addition, he is an annual lecturer at both the (MAHC) and  (NAHC).  Creighton provides Cooperative board members and managers from all across the country training that is essential to assist them in effective cooperative governance and management, and liability prevention.  He is a contributing author to periodic publications for the MAHC Messenger, the National Cooperative Law Center, and National Association of Housing Cooperatives 

Creighton also served as a member of the Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber of Commerce (SWCRCC) as both an Ambassador and a Director. He has also completed Leadership 21 with the SWCRCC.
