Biography
Joe has a multifaceted practice and advises both institutional and individual clients. He works closely with municipal officials and employees. He assists clients in developing strategies to ensure the their organization is operating legally. He attends and assists clients with conducting corporate board meetings. He works closely with law enforcement officials and when necessary has assisted with investigations. He negotiates a variety of commercial transactions for real estate developments and worked with bond counsel for financing of buildings and equipment. His philosophy is to resolve problems quickly and efficiently while remaining focused on furthering the ultimate mission of the client. He also works with clients to develop strategies to resolve internal corporate disputes without resorting immediately to civil litigation tactics.
